Dairy is the biggest allergy, I want ice-cream, I don't want to be vegan, I don't want coconut sorbet.
Three eggs separated
Three rounded dessert spoons of caster sugar
One 200g gram sachet of chestnut puree
Three heaped dessert spoons of mincemeat
Three bowls
Whisk the egg whites to soft peak in bowl one
Whist the sugar and egg yolks until thick and creamy in bowl two. This will take a while
Whisk the chestnut puree and mincemeat until smoothish. This won't take long.
Bit by bit fold it all together, pop in a box and freeze for two or three hours.
